I’m Chauntology Speaks, and I help Black women—just like you—take off the cape, silence the inner critic, and reclaim the parts of themselves that got buried beneath the weight of “being strong.”
As the founder of The Chauntology Speaks Experience, I’ve created spaces where women can be fully seen, deeply heard, and genuinely felt—without judgment and without pressure. I give women the tools to go from surviving to thriving—with clarity, confidence, and peace.
This work is personal for me: I’ve worn the masks. I’ve smiled through anxiety. I’ve been the woman who didn’t even know what she needed because she was too busy meeting everyone else’s.
But I found my way back to myself—and now I’m here to help you do the same. If you’ve been waiting for permission to exhale… this is it.
