I know firsthand what it's like to wake up every day, take care of everyone else, then go to bed with your voice unheard, your needs unmet and your dreams unfulfilled.

Lost in never-ending responsibilities
Confused about who I was and what I wanted

Guarded, yet still vulnerable

In desperate need of help but too prideful to ask for it

I needed help but didn’t trust anyone enough to be vulnerable. So I pretended - pretended to be healthy, whole, and happy. I wore masks to cover up what I was really feeling. I supported everyone else in their growth while my own was stunted by poor self-esteem and low self-worth. Being suffocated by pretense almost killed me - literally. And I knew if I wanted to live, something had to change.

I tried changing everything around me - my partner, my friends, my church, my job, my residence. But nothing got better. So I did the one thing I’d never had the courage to do.

I changed me.

I wrapped myself in the security of my own cocoon and started the hard work of healing. Embracing my flaws and growing in spite of them was not easy. But as I began to know myself on the deepest, most intimate level, I discovered the power to create the life I had been desperate for.

I learned to control my own narrative, reclaimed my identity, and stepped boldly into the life I deserved. Today, I help Strong Black Women like you do the same.

I'm Chauntology Speaks, The Strong Black Woman's Coach. For far too long, Black women have put everyone else's needs above their own... BUT WE'RE NOT DOING THAT ANYMORE!

Meet Chauntology Speaks

The Chauntology Speaks Experience is a powerful journey created for Strong Black women ready to release the weight of expectations, comparison, overwhelm, and burnout — so they can finally step into the life they truly desire, not the one they feel stuck in.

It's a safe and supportive space where women are seen, heard and supported as they create a life that truly reflects their deepest desires and values.

Every woman’s journey is different. That’s why I created three levels of transformation — so they can choose the support that meets them exactly where they are:

Growth Seekers (Guided Transformation)

You’ve started the journey — you’re growing, reflecting, and making small shifts — but sometimes you need a little extra support to keep going. My monthly workshops are the perfect next step for women who aren’t quite ready for a full transformation but know they can’t keep doing it alone. These sessions are interactive, heart-centered, and practical — a safe space to connect, get real, and gain the tools you need to stay consistent and supported on your path forward.

And when life starts to feel heavy or unclear, you can always schedule a Reset in The Reset Room — a one-on-one space designed to help you pause, breathe, and realign before moving forward again. Because even the strongest women need a moment to reset.

The Fully Evolved Woman (Total Transformation)

When you’re ready to create lasting, life-altering change, step into total transformation. Whether you choose The EMERGE! Program, a 12-week immersive experience designed to guide you through every phase of your evolution, or a personalized Breakthrough Intensive for focused one-on-one coaching, this is where deep transformation begins. You’ll release the patterns that no longer serve you, rebuild your confidence from the inside out, and rise into the woman you were always meant to be.

I created The Chauntology Speaks Experience because I know what it feels like to give everything you have — to pour from an empty cup, to carry the weight of expectations, and to keep showing up even when your spirit is tired and unseen.

This space was born from that understanding — a sacred place for Strong Black women to rest, reset, and rise. Here, you’ll rediscover your voice, rebuild your confidence, and reclaim your peace.
