Monthly In-Person Workshops
Hands-on, full body experiences that allow us to explore the common challenges we face as Black women and learn practical steps to overcome them. Together, we'll overcome blockages that prevent us from having the life we want and build knowledge, develop skills and generate effective strategies to foster healing and growth.
Structured Assignments
Practical exercises, tools and techniques in the form of handouts, websites, worksheets and online videos that help integrate learning. These assignments are designed to move you forward and put what you've learned into practice. Through them, you'll be able to measure your progress and celebrate as you accomplish each milestone.
Private Coaching
Sometimes you need one-on-one attention and additional support to navigate challenging aspects of your life. Private coaching can be used to supplement and enhance the tools you receive in the monthly workshops.
Through a combination of coaching, consulting and training, you’ll break free from the thoughts and behaviors that have kept you from the life you desire.

What you'll learn in the workshops
Self Awareness & Emotional Intelligence
Self awareness is a skill that can completely change your life. Understanding who you are and why you show up in the world the way you do will allow you to feel more confident and empower you to take your power back. In this workshop, you'll dive deep into self discovery, get a new perspective, access your strengths and shift the way you see yourself in the world.
Perspective
Your perspective plays an essential role in how you experience life. In this workshop, you'll step outside of your own experiences and learn to see your circumstances from a different vantage point so you can develop a new way of managing life's challenges.
Mental Health
In this workshop, we'll cover the signs and symptoms of mental health challenges, the impact of the stigma surrounding mental health and create an action plan to better care for your mental health and emotional well-being.
Baggage
This empowering journey is designed with a clear purpose - to help you shed the weight of what's been holding you hostage. You've been dragging that ish from day to day, month to month, year to year and it's gotten in the way of everything you've been trying to accomplish. It's cost you more than you had to give and, Girl, it's time to let that ish go.
Expectations
Setting healthy expectations is one of the most important aspects of establishing strong and lasting relationships. In this workshop, we'll set standards that promote growth instead of resentment, break down the essentials of healthy relationships and understand how to set yourself up for long-term success.
Comparisons
Living in the danger zone of unhealthy comparisons has robbed you of fully appreciating your reality and, in this workshop, you'll learn how to stop playing the dangerous comparison game and maximize your happiness in life.
Boundaries
Disrupt life as you know it by freeing yourself from the pain and frustration that comes from a life without boundaries. This experience is filled with clarity, insights and effective strategies to empower you and you'll leave feeling valued, confident and courageous enough to say, "No!"
Communication
Do you feel like you're constantly talking to a brick wall? Like you keep talking but no one is listening? Chances are, it's not what you're saying that makes people turn a deaf ear but when and/or how you're saying it. In this workshop, you'll explore techniques to help you communicate your feelings, thoughts and ideas in ways that ensure you're heard.
Support System
One of the hardest things about being a strong Black woman is being there for everyone else but not having anyone be there for you. To others, you're the strong one so they think you don't need help but you and I both know that's the furthest from the truth.
Having a support system that is there for you when things get tough is critical to your well-being but how do you create one when everyone relies on you? I'll show you how!
Self Care
Self care is one of the kindest acts you can gift yourself and those you care about. Making time for self care allows you space to restore your energy and rec-center yourself. This enables you to show up fully as the person you want to be each day. In this workshop, you'll dispel the myths about self care, identify which methods work for you and implement self care routines into your daily life.

Enrollment
Choose the payment option that best fits your needs. After payment is received, you'll receive a agreement to review and sign. Then, you'll receive instructions on how to proceed.
Pre-Assessment
Schedule an assessment with Chauntology Speaks to discuss your challenges and identify your goals, build realistic milestones for your journey and outline how the program will set you free.
Workshops
All workshops are in-person in various locations in the DFW metroplex. The program is designed to be a continuous process that allows participants to join at any time. During each session, you'll do some inner work to uncover blind spots and barriers, receive the exact strategies needed to get you on a healthier path and put a plan into action to guarantee your success.
Assignments
After each workshop, you'll receive structured assignments to supplement your learning. You'll complete them at your own pace but will receive email support from me whenever you need it.
Do the Work
Twelve months may seem like an extensive amount of time but true transformation doesn't occur overnight. Unpacking baggage, developing new habits and adjusting to your new way of life takes commitment and requires work. You'll get out of it what you put in.
See the Change
You'll begin to reap the benefits of the program after your first workshop and will continue to experience changes as you progress. Each milestone will encourage and motivate you to keep pushing toward your ultimate goal - your power and your life back!
Celebrate!
Twice a year, in June and December, we'll celebrate big wins. Everyone will be recognized for their accomplishments; those who have completed the program will be honored in a special ceremony.
