The Leadership Alignment Diagnostic is a paid, standalone audit of your leadership, team dynamics, and operating systems. 


Rather than assuming the issue—or defaulting to generic solutions—this Diagnostic surfaces real-time insights from both senior leadership and mid-level leaders, then translates those insights into practical, actionable direction.


Designed to identify: 

  • leadership strengths and blind spots
  • decision-making and communication breakdowns
  • team dynamics and accountability gaps
  • misalignment between strategy, behavior, and culture 


This strategic alignment and capacity assessment provides a clear picture of your current leadership reality, prioritized leverage points, practical recommendations, and confidence in the next step forward.

WHAT THE DIAGNOSTIC INCLUDES

 1. Executive Perspective Session (60 minutes)  A facilitated conversation with senior leadership focused on:

  • expectations of mid-level leaders and team leads
  • perceived gaps, pressure points, and concerns
  • organizational priorities and desired outcomes


2. Mid-Level Leadership Perspective Session (60 minutes)A facilitated conversation with managers or team leads focused on:

  • workload, capacity, and role clarity
  • communication challenges and decision bottlenecks
  • areas of over-functioning or responsibility creep
  • where additional clarity or support is needed


3. Synthesis & Independent Analysis
Following the sessions, insights are reviewed and synthesized to identify:  

  • patterns across leadership levels
  • alignment gaps between expectations and reality
  • risks related to burnout, turnover, or performance
  • strengths currently supporting the organization

Nonprofit: $3,500 – $5,500 

Corporate: $8,500 – $12,000


A portion of the Leadership Diagnostic investment will be applied toward the next engagement  if booked within 60 days.
