You have learned how to show up, make things happen, and keep going—even when you are tired, overwhelmed, or carrying more than anyone realizes.
But being capable of carrying it does not mean you should have to carry it all.
Strong Black Woman’s Coaching helps Black women examine the expectations shaping their lives, release patterns that no longer serve them, and make intentional choices rooted in their identities, values, needs, and aspirations.
You need to redefine strength.
For many Black women, strength has become associated with endurance—the ability to keep going, remain dependable, suppress personal needs, and handle whatever life demands.
That strength may have helped you survive difficult seasons, care for the people you love, build a career, support your family, and accomplish things you are deeply proud of.
But strength should be a resource you can choose—not an identity that requires you to continually sacrifice yourself.
This work is not about rejecting your strength.
It is about making sure your strength still leaves room for you.
Strong Black Woman’s Coaching creates space for you to examine the life you have built, the expectations you carry, and the woman you are becoming. Together, we explore four connected areas:
Who are you beyond the roles you fulfill, the problems you solve, and the people who depend on you?
Which expectations reflect your values—and which have been inherited, internalized, or accepted without question?
What are you carrying emotionally, mentally, relationally, and practically? What support, boundaries, or changes would create more room for you?
Do your choices, commitments, relationships, and goals reflect the life you want to live—or only the responsibilities you have learned to manage?
This is not about abandoning your responsibilities or becoming a completely different person.
It is about learning to include yourself in the life you work so hard to maintain.
Through this work, you can begin to:
The goal is not to create a life without challenges. The goal is to create a life in which you no longer disappear beneath them.
