Your Contact Information & Opt-Out Options

I collect and hold your email address when you “opt-in”  to my email list, order one of my free or paid products or services, or otherwise voluntarily provide me with your email address.  I will use your email address in order to send information and services you have specifically requested and to notify you of new developments, products, services, trainings, events and occasional recommendations for individuals and organizations that I feel offer products or services that my customers might find useful. You can unsubscribe at any time. If I send you an email, it will contain an opt-out link which you can click to have your name removed from my e-mail list.

If you supply me with additional contact information (postal address, telephone and cell phone numbers, etc.), you may receive periodic communications from me, such as mailings or phone calls, with information on new products and services or upcoming events or other notices that I think will be useful or valuable to my customers.

Order Forms and Purchases

My site uses an order form for you to purchase information, products, and services. I collect your contact information (i.e., mailing and e-mail addresses), financial information (i.e., credit card numbers), and demographic information (i.e., zip code and state) to process your order, to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to communicate with you about your order, and for internal marketing purposes. I use your contact to send you a confirmation e-mail for which you cannot opt out. I also use this information to send you information about my company and products and special promotions. Your contact information is also used to get in touch with you when necessary for additional information to process or fulfill your order. Unique identifiers are collected from Web site visitors to verify your identity and for use as account numbers in my record system. Demographic and profile data is also collected at my site. I use this data to help me improve my website and my product and service offerings.

Parental Consent

My sites are not directed to children under the age of 13 and I will not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
