SHE COMES TO ME!
I know firsthand the impact of being damaged, unhealed and confused and not feeling safe enough to ask for help.
I know the effects of trying to live up to the impossible standards of the "Strong Black Woman" while harboring unresolved trauma, mental illness and low self worth.
I know the hurt, frustration and disappointment of being everything to everyone else while while no one is there for me.
That's why I'm so passionate about being a safe space for women like me.
That life is hard. That life is lonely. That life is OPTIONAL!
A safe space for Black women to take off their capes, remove their masks and get the help they need to heal and grow.
A judgment free zone where women can release the weight of their circumstances and receive the guidance, attention and support they so freely give to everyone else.
A sisterhood of camaraderie, collaboration and genuine support.
No more pretending to be okay to avoid being judged...
No more suppressing your thoughts and feelings to avoid conflict or to pacify others...
No more shrinking yourself for the comfort of those around you...
No more pushing yourself beyond your limits...
No more neglecting your desires and needs because you've given yourself away to everyone else...
No more patching your brokenness because you don't have anywhere safe to let your guard down...
With me, you can be YOU with no judgment, no pretense, no comparison and no competition. I meet you where you are - hurt, disappointed, lost broken - and support you through your journey to better.
I guide you through self evaluation and self discovery and teach you how to rewrite your narrative so you can achieve greater happiness, stronger relationships, more success and a purpose driven life.
We'll use my framework as a guide but our time together is tailored to your specific needs so you can get exactly what you need, exactly how you need it. It is your responsibility to do the work but you can expect a high level of commitment from me to ensure you get the results you desire.
Black women have to always be on guard. The world calls it "strength" but, the truth is... that label implies that we are self-sufficient and self-sacrificing. It expects us to endure all of the stress and trauma life throws without emotional support. It carries a connotation of invincibility that leaves no room for authenticity, self care or vulnerability. We've worn that label like a badge of honor for far too long... and we're suffering.
We're overwhelmed with the burden of family, work and community responsibilities. We're broken by personal experiences of trauma and loss. We're cycling through feelings of sadness and worthlessness... and we're tired.
Tired of being the strong one. Tired of being the one everyone comes to when they need guidance or reassurance. Tired of being the one who always holds things together. Tired of being the one who perseveres when there's chaos all around. Tired of being there for everyone else, even when nobody is there for us. We need help but we don't ask for it... because vulnerability doesn't feel safe.
For Black women, vulnerability can be a slippery slope into negative comments, attacks against our character, internet critics and public disrespect. Even our own family members and friends urge us to keep going even when we have nothing left to give. We feel constant pressure to keep it together so we use strength to mask our pain and put patches on our brokenness because we haven't had anywhere to safely let our guards down... until now.
I work with Black women because I am she and she is me. We look the same, speak the same language, have faced the same challenges and have shared the same experiences. I see her, hear her, feel her and have the life, educational and professional experience to get her where she wants to be.
You have issues - we all do - but you haven't been able to work through them because you don't know how. My workshops provide hands-on, full body experiences that teach effective strategies to help you overcome your challenges and unwanted circumstances.
You need a break and sometimes you just want to pack a bag and run away from it all. I can't make that happen but I can provide an opportunity for you to step away from your daily responsibilities and do something just for you. From happy hours to concerts and everything in between, these meetups are designed with you, and your need for peace, in mind.
Your challenges are personal, private and you want guidance in a way that's personalized just for you. You want to know exactly what to do and exactly how to do it to get to your goal.
Through a combination of coaching, consulting and training, you’ll break free from the thoughts and behaviors that have kept you from the life you desire.

I was conditioned to be "strong" long before I was even old enough to be called a woman. I was smart and compassionate and genuinely kind so I became the go-to person when people needed help. Being wise beyond my years turned me into the burden bearer and problem solver for everyone else's issues.
I was positioned to save the world before understanding how to first save myself. So, when life attacked my self-esteem, self-worth and introduced insecurity, I masked it with a wholeness that simply did not exist. I looked like I had it all together but, chillleeee, I was a hot mess.
I navigated healing, growth and transformation on my own because I didn't have anywhere safe to let my guard down. I didn't have anywhere to go and not be judged. I didn't have anyone who truly wanted to take care of me.
So, now I'm on a mission to give you what I didn't have - support through growth and healing and genuine, relatable and strategic solutions for the unwanted circumstances in your life.
I am your person and, as you heal and grow, you will become another woman's person. And that is what I call SISTERHOOD!
I know asking for help isn't easy, but there's a place for you on the other side of transformation that can only be accessed after you've taken that first step.
Stop just accepting whatever life throws at you and start creating the outcomes you desire.
Stretch beyond your comfort zone and get in the driver's seat of your life so you can go after your dreams without fear, overcome the obstacles that stand between you and the life you want to live and the have the confidence to command success in every area of your life.
