The Chauntology Speaks Experience offers three connected pathways designed to address burnout, misalignment, and performance strain at the level where they actually live — in people, roles, and systems.

The Leadership Load Reset

The Leadership Load Reset is a short-term intervention designed for leaders who feel stretched thin, overloaded, or unclear — but aren’t sure why.


This reset helps leaders:

  • identify what they are carrying that no longer belongs to their role
     
  • name misaligned expectations and capacity strain
     
  • understand how emotional load impacts performance and decision-making
     
  • regain clarity before more damage is done
     

This is not coaching for motivation.
It’s not a performance push.

It’s a structured pause that helps leaders see their load clearly — so they can carry responsibility more sustainably.

 

This engagement typically takes place over one half-day session or two structured sessions and concludes with a Leadership Load Map outlining capacity gaps, misaligned expectations, and recommended adjustments.
 


Best for:
Mid-level leaders, managers, and team leads experiencing early burnout signals, decision fatigue, or role confusion.

The Leadership Alignment Intensive

Focused support for leaders and teams at a critical point.


The Leadership Alignment Intensive is a deeper, high-touch engagement for organizations or leaders facing sustained strain, transition, or breakdown in effectiveness.


This work supports:

  • leaders carrying responsibility without sufficient authority
     
  • teams experiencing role confusion or emotional overload
     
  • organizations navigating performance decline, disengagement, or turnover
     

The Intensive blends:

  • leadership strategy
     
  • emotional intelligence
     
  • transformational coaching
     

to address misalignment at both the individual and systems level.


The goal is not to fix people —
it’s to realign expectations, capacity, and responsibility so leadership can function clearly and responsibly again.

The Leadership Alignment Series

Sustainable change happens over time — not in a single session.


The Leadership Alignment Series is a multi-session engagement designed to support leaders as they build new, sustainable leadership rhythms.


This series focuses on:

  • interrupting burnout cycles
     
  • strengthening emotional intelligence under pressure
     
  • clarifying roles, boundaries, and capacity
     
  • developing leadership habits that actually last
     

Rather than delivering information all at once, this work creates space for reflection, integration, and real behavior change over time.


 

This multi-session engagement is typically delivered over 3–6 months, allowing leaders to integrate new practices while addressing live challenges in real time.
 

Best for:
Organizations committed to long-term leadership development and burnout prevention — especially for mid-level leaders navigating ongoing demands.

Each pathway serves a different need, but they are intentionally connected.

We encourage you to attend the live workshops whenever possible — there’s nothing like the energy of connecting in real time, asking questions, and engaging with other Strong Black Women. That said, life can get busy, so if you miss a session, don’t worry! All workshops will be recorded and made available for you to watch at your convenience. Holiday Haven is designed to be flexible, so you can still fully participate and benefit from every week’s content. 


Yes! Even if you join after the program has started, you’ll have access to all past workshop recordings, worksheets, and mini-challenges. This means you can catch up at your own pace and fully participate in the journey, even if you start a few weeks late. 


All you’ll need is:

  • A notebook or journal for reflection and journaling exercises
     
  • A pen or pencil
     
  • A quiet space where you can focus during workshops and check-ins
     
  • Optional: a printed copy of worksheets if you prefer writing by hand
     

Everything else — including worksheets, mini-challenges, and recordings — will be provided digitally, so you can access them anytime, anywhere.


Private 1:1 sessions are available for those who want extra guidance or personalized support during the program. These are 30-minute sessions offered on Saturdays by appointment only, and availability is limited, so spots are first-come, first-served. While they aren’t included in the standard program price, they’re a wonderful way to dive deeper into your personal journey and get tailored support alongside the group experience. 


No worries! Holiday Haven offers flexible payment options through Klarna, allowing you to split your investment into installments so you can secure your spot today without paying the full amount upfront. Full credit/debit card payment is also accepted if you prefer.
