Let’s be honest — the holidays don’t always feel merry and bright. Sometimes they’re lonely, overwhelming, or just... heavy.


Between the memories, the expectations, and the pressure to hold it all together, even the strongest women can feel weighed down — carrying frustration, disappointment, or even shame we don’t always feel safe enough to admit.


The Holiday Haven was created as a soft place for Strong Black Women to receive support and guidance, to be seen and understood, and to be lovingly carried through a season that can sometimes be too much.


Inside this supportive 9-week journey, you’ll find room to breathe, permission to feel, and tools to help you navigate the holiday season with grace and grounding.

This journey is for you if you...

  •  Carry emotional weight during the holiday season due to grief, loneliness, stress, overwhelm, shame, financial strain, or other pressures that make this time of year feel heavy.
     
  • Give endlessly, love deeply, and rarely get the space to pause, be seen, or care for themselves.
     
  • Often feel drained, anxious, or invisible during the holidays.
     
  • Want a safe space to release, reflect, and reclaim peace.

What to Expect Inside Holiday Haven

Weekly Mini-Workshops:

 Interactive sessions focused on tools, strategies, and reflections to manage holiday stress and emotional heaviness. 

Guided Support & Reflection:

 Prompts and exercises to help you process emotions, release heaviness, and gain insight into your needs. 

Check-Ins:

 Weekly opportunities to assess your progress, share victories, and address challenges with guidance from the facilitator. 

Peer-to-Peer Support:

 A safe space to connect with other Strong Black Women, share experiences, and lift each other up. 

Optional Private Sessions:

 Personalized one-on-one sessions for those who want extra guidance or support during the program. 

Emotional Tools:

 Practical strategies for managing stress, overwhelm, and difficult feelings like grief, shame, or loneliness. 

Restoration & Renewal:

 Techniques to help you reclaim energy, set boundaries, and create moments of joy, even in a season that can feel overwhelming. 

 By the end of these nine weeks, you’ll have space to breathe, tools to navigate the season, and the reassurance that you are not carrying this alone. 

Program Structure

Monday – Workshops

Interactive sessions with exercises, guided reflections, and practical tools.

Tuesday – Worksheets & Mini Challenges:

Hands-on activities and prompts to practice what you learned. 

Wednesday – Mid-Week Check-In:

Time to reflect on your progress, celebrate wins, and get guidance on challenges. 

Thursday – Peer Engagement:

Discussions, sharing circles, and encouragement from other Strong Black Women. 

Friday – Reflection & Journaling:

Space to process emotions, track growth, and integrate weekly lessons. 

Saturday – Optional 1:1 Sessions:

Personalized guidance available by appointment for those who want extra support.

We encourage you to attend the live workshops whenever possible — there’s nothing like the energy of connecting in real time, asking questions, and engaging with other Strong Black Women. That said, life can get busy, so if you miss a session, don’t worry! All workshops will be recorded and made available for you to watch at your convenience. Holiday Haven is designed to be flexible, so you can still fully participate and benefit from every week’s content. 


Yes! Even if you join after the program has started, you’ll have access to all past workshop recordings, worksheets, and mini-challenges. This means you can catch up at your own pace and fully participate in the journey, even if you start a few weeks late. 


All you’ll need is:

  • A notebook or journal for reflection and journaling exercises
     
  • A pen or pencil
     
  • A quiet space where you can focus during workshops and check-ins
     
  • Optional: a printed copy of worksheets if you prefer writing by hand
     

Everything else — including worksheets, mini-challenges, and recordings — will be provided digitally, so you can access them anytime, anywhere.


Private 1:1 sessions are available for those who want extra guidance or personalized support during the program. These are 30-minute sessions offered on Saturdays by appointment only, and availability is limited, so spots are first-come, first-served. While they aren’t included in the standard program price, they’re a wonderful way to dive deeper into your personal journey and get tailored support alongside the group experience. 


No worries! Holiday Haven offers flexible payment options through Klarna, allowing you to split your investment into installments so you can secure your spot today without paying the full amount upfront. Full credit/debit card payment is also accepted if you prefer.
