Chauntology Speaks
By the end of the November No-athon, you’ll walk away with a clear understanding of exactly where you need boundaries in your life—the places where your time, energy, and peace have been slipping through the cracks. You’ll leave with real-life scripts and practical tools you can start using right away to communicate those boundaries with confidence and clarity.
Most importantly, you’ll step into a renewed sense of peace and freedom—the kind that comes from finally saying “yes” to yourself without guilt. And you won’t be doing this work alone. You’ll be surrounded by a powerful circle of Strong Black Women who are on the same journey, walking beside you, encouraging you, and reminding you that you are not in this fight by yourself.
I can help you because I’ve been there. I know what it feels like to juggle every role—wife, mother, employee, friend—while quietly losing yourself in the process. On the outside, I looked strong, capable, and confident. On the inside, I was drained, second-guessing myself, and shrinking to keep everyone else comfortable.
For years, I thought saying yes to everyone else would eventually make me feel full too. But fulfillment doesn’t come from overextending yourself—it comes from boundaries. It comes from the courage to say “no” when you need to and “yes” to what truly matters.
I had to learn that the hard way. The day I started setting boundaries was the day I began to reclaim my peace, my freedom, and my confidence.
Sis, I know hard it feels to put yourself first when you’ve been conditioned to take care of everyone else. But, boundaries are not walls, they are bridges. They don’t keep love out; they protect your peace and create space for healthy, thriving relationships.
When you honor your “No,” you give yourself permission to live a more intentional “Yes.” And in this experience, I’ll guide you through how to set boundaries with courage, communicate them with confidence, and maintain them with grace.
