Perspective
Your perspective plays an essential role in how you experience life. In this workshop, you'll step outside of your own experiences and learn to see your circumstances from a different vantage point so you can develop a new way of managing life's challenges.
Mental Health
In this workshop, we'll cover the signs and symptoms of mental health challenges, the impact of the stigma surrounding mental health and create an action plan to better care for your mental health and emotional well-being.
Baggage
This empowering journey is designed with a clear purpose - to help you shed the weight of what's been holding you hostage. You've been dragging that ish from day to day, month to month, year to year and it's gotten in the way of everything you've been trying to accomplish. It's cost you more than you had to give and, Girl, it's time to let that ish go.
Expectations
Setting healthy expectations is one of the most important aspects of establishing strong and lasting relationships. In this workshop, we'll set standards that promote growth instead of resentment, break down the essentials of healthy relationships and understand how to set yourself up for long-term success.

Living in the danger zone of unhealthy comparisons has robbed you of fully appreciating your reality and, in this workshop, you'll learn how to stop playing the dangerous comparison game and maximize your happiness in life.

Communication
Do you feel like you're constantly talking to a brick wall? Like you keep talking but no one is listening? Chances are, it's not what you're saying that makes people turn a deaf ear but when and/or how you're saying it. In this workshop, you'll explore techniques to help you communicate your feelings, thoughts and ideas in ways that ensure you're heard.
Support System
One of the hardest things about being a strong Black woman is being there for everyone else but not having anyone be there for you. To others, you're the strong one so they think you don't need help but you and I both know that's the furthest from the truth.
Having a support system that is there for you when things get tough is critical to your well-being but how do you create one when everyone relies on you? I'll show you how!
Self Care
Self care is one of the kindest acts you can gift yourself and those you care about. Making time for self care allows you space to restore your energy and rec-center yourself. This enables you to show up fully as the person you want to be each day. In this workshop, you'll dispel the myths about self care, identify which methods work for you and implement self care routines into your daily life.
