In this first phase of your journey, you'll get to know yourself on the deepest, most intimate level and gain valuable and sustainable insights, learn effective communication strategies and be empowered to take small, intentional steps towards the changes you desire.
Where did the voices in your head come from and why are they so mean?!
Negative self talk comes from internalizing the messages that surround us - the media (social and otherwise), toxic relationships or stereotypes and impossible standards. When you beat yourself up over mistakes, disparage your appearance or talk yourself out of great ideas, your self esteem is negatively affected and you cheat yourself out of a successful and fulfilling life.
In this phase of your journey, you'll break patterns of negative thinking and create mental breakthroughs to positively navigate any circumstance you face. You'll begin to understand the factors that cause your self esteem to plummet and create an action plan on how to improve your thinking and increase your confidence.
Carrying your hurt, heartache, grief and suffering around everyday is like being stabbed over and over by invisible weapons that have very harmful effects on your happiness, relationships, and the pursuit of your life goals. You've been trying to convince yourself that your baggage doesn't affect you but shining the light of truth onto all that you're holding on to and coming face to face with how they affect you is the only way to stop them from sabotaging your future.
Together, we'll unpack your baggage and confront what's weighing you down. You'll learn effective and practical strategies to alleviate the emotional burden you've been carrying so you can better navigate your present life.

In this phase, you'll develop a deep understanding of the process, structure, and style of effective communication and explore techniques to help you communicate your feelings, thoughts and ideas in ways that ensure you're heard.
One of the most dangerous trends in our society is our obsession with comparing ourselves to others and feeling inadequate when we (in our minds) don’t measure up. Books, magazines, movies and social media portray unrealistic standards that make us question our self worth and destroys our self esteem, which results in stress, anxiety and depression.
Living in the danger zone of unhealthy expectations and comparisons has robbed your of fully appreciating your reality and, in this phase, you'll learn to manage your expectations, stop playing the dangerous comparison game and maximize your happiness in life.
Every day, you experience a range of emotions that, most of the time, don't greatly affect your day. But, sometimes, something happens that sparks an intense emotional reaction that stops you in your tracks and makes it difficult to get through the day.
By the end of this phase, you'll understand how these triggers form, what they feel like and how to create boundaries to keep you safe. You'll feel more confident to navigate your circumstances and cope with life in healthier ways.
Reflection will allow you to evaluate the effectiveness of the skills you've developed and allow you to examine how those skills have affected your life. Then, you can make the necessary adjustments to keep you moving forward.

Once you submit your application, you will receive a call from Chauntology Speaks within 48 hours to further discuss your needs and further explain the program commitments. Once acceptance has been confirmed, you will be invited you to pay and and sign your contract.
Unlike many other programs, this course is not pre-recorded. The live broadcast will allow for real world, real time interactions that build community and allows your individual needs to be met - on the spot! Also, each spouse is coached individually (the last session is combined). This allows each partner to focus on his/her personal growth and development before combing what they've learned with their spouse.
I recommend sessions be held on the same day each week, for seven weeks. However, the needs of the individual or group will be assessed during the application process and be finalized upon acceptance.
Your full participation is encouraged in order to get the full benefit of the course.
Yes! Recordings will be available to enrolled participants 24 hours after each session.
If you do the work, the results will come. If you are faced with challenges that are beyond the scope of this program, we'll meet privately to develop an effective plan to meet your specific needs.
You can complete the missed sessions privately (at an additional cost) or wait for the next group offering.
Yes. After each session there will be an exercise to help you apply what you've learned to your relationship.
No refunds will be issued after the program begins.
The amount of time required for your success is dependent upon your specific needs. However, expect to invest at least two hours a week to the program.
